Courtney Irving leads operations and financial strategy for CSpence Group. She has spent the past decade developing and producing integrated marketing and advertising campaigns for some of the world’s most memorable brands. She is passionate about building extraordinary brands, experiences and movements, and helping organizations achieve their greatest potential through purposeful, inclusive growth and broad social impact.
Prior to CSpence Group, Courtney served as VP at Students of the World, where she specialized in millennial engagement, strategy and content development. She led production teams and projects in more than 20 countries, with on-the-ground experience in Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Louisiana, tackling issues ranging from access to water, to global healthcare to disaster recovery for clients like Procter and Gamble, UNICEF and Make it Right Foundation.
