Creative Strategist
Paul partners with clients to build out brand and marketing strategies against business objectives. Responsibilities include defining the brand positioning, establish the messaging architecture, and executing integrated campaigns with goals ranging from increasing brand awareness to converting sales. 
Prior to working with CSpence Group, Paul served as the Creative Director at Vermilion where he led a design team to create award-winning work for consumer products clients Whole Foods Market, IZZE Beverages, and Celestial Seasonings, technology startups Tendril, Revolv and Opower and institutional organizations the University of Colorado and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Early in his career, Paul founded an advertising and branding agency which he merged with Vermilion after six years.
